Eminem, Drake & More Pay Tribute To Late Battle Rapper Pat Stay

Eminem and Drake led the wave of tributes for the late Canadian battle rapper Pat Stay, who was stabbed to death at the age of 36.

The shocking news of the death of the 36-year-old rap star, famous in rap battles as one of the most notable names, came on September 4, 2022.

According to the local police, the accident happened in the 1600 block of Lower Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The reports say that Stay was still alive when the cops arrived on site. Pat Stay was transported to the hospital immediately but unfortunately, the injuries were too bad and there he passed away.

According to people who claim to witness the situation, the accident appeared when Pat Stay tried to stop a fight between two other men but this is still unofficial.

Following the accident, the hip-hop community honored the late rapper with endless posts on social media paying tribute. The first to lead the wave were Eminem and Drake.

Eminem went on Twitter on Monday (September 5) and shared a short, heartful tribute to the late Pat Stay.

Drake also paid tribute to Stay via Instagram story.
