Linkin Park decided to celebrate the 20th anniversary of “Meteora” in a very special way. They have recorded a song with the voice of their frontman Chester Bennington. He tragically passed away in 2017. He was one of the most celebrated singers in the history of metal and rock.

Mike Shinoda, leader of Linkin Park, has recently given the announcement of the news. He commented that ‘Finding Chester’s voice was like finding your favorite picture. For years fans have been asking to release something with his voice. Finally, the dream comes true! I’m very excited about this idea! I think that everyone will be amazed when they hear it.
The original album “Meteora” debuted at number one in the chart “Billboard 200”. It sold over 810,000 copies in its first week and around 16 million copies worldwide. It is the 8th best-selling album of the 21st century!!!!
Linkin Park called the album’s reissue “Meteora 20th Anniversary Edition”. It will be available from next April 7th 2023, in different formats. There will also be a “Super Deluxe Box Set Edition”, full of rarities and unreleased tracks. The biggest surprise will be, of course, “Lost”, the first song with the voice of the late Chester Bennington!!!!
