Godarxk : Headlight
Godarxk describes themselves as a singer-songwriter. But “Headlight” is an R&B-fueled single that’s directed by MangoTone. I listened to a couple of Godarxk’s other tracks and this is a nice diversion.

Gongun : mirrored steps
“mirrored steps” is an interesting debut single. It’s got pieces of musical theater, folk, indie, and synth infused throughout. A good start by Gongun.

MIRAERO : ideal
I wonder if MERAERO considers “ideal” as shoegaze or melodic rock. It contains elements of both and sways back and forth. The light vocals supported by the crunchy and low guitar and impactful drumming are polished. The synth helps to align everything together.

Jang si woo : EGOIST
“EGOIST” is a simple and fun pop rock track. Jang si woo‘s vocals are melodic and mellow and follow the song’s energy. It’s a nice playlist addition.

The Mows : Madang
If you want funk mixed with psychedelic that’s wrapped inside smooth rock, The Mows have that with “Madang.” It’s kind of like an evolution of HYUKOH and Life and Time with a touch of British rock for spice.

TOOTHLESS GARDEN : Born
Mixing blues, modern rock, and hard rock is a natural combo. “Egology” is a statement, though the vocals feel like they’re not completely convinced about what they’re singing. Also the very short drum solo at the end wasn’t cohesive. “These Days I’m Weird” is a callback to late 90s/early 2000s alternative rock.
